My appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM, but I was not called in until approximately 5:30 PM. When I was called, the staff member did not introduce herself or provide any kind of warm welcome. I was simply told to sit in the chair. She then asked me to open my mouth and attempted to fit a retainer on my upper teeth. The retainer did not fit, and I told her this twice. I then tried the retainer on my lower teeth, where it finally fit. She proceeded to tell me I was done. I explained that I had paid for both upper and lower retainers. She told me that she had only been given what was in front of her. At that point, I asked her to find someone who could locate my upper retainer. A dentist eventually came by, although she did not introduce herself, and asked why I was there. I explained that this was my third visit and that I had originally been scheduled to pick up my retainers the previous week. I was previously told that the upper molds had broken and that I needed to have them remade, which I did the week before. Because of that, I expected this visit to be a simple pickup and test fitting. Instead, I was asked to wait again while they made my upper retainer. I ultimately left

I love going to Premier Care Dental Group! They changed my mind about how I felt about visiting a dentists. I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned now. Jenn is amazing at cleaning my teeth. She is very kind and gentle which is a big deal for me. Lisa Morales is very knowledgeable and informative. She helps with informing me on what i need to get done so that I can continue to have healthy teeth.

Clean environment and very comforting considering the nature of the facility (who wants to see a dentist?) The staff was always friendly and the specialists were empathetic to my situation. They are all informative and genuinely have your oral health's best interest in mind. Dr. Farid was amazing and care coordinator Lisa is great. I had a great experience here, considering... Thank you to the amazing team at Premier Care Dental Group . First time client needed a retreat for root canal i cannot say enough good things about Dr. Khalil The root canal was surprisingly quick, and I didn't feel a thing during the process. The office uses top-notch technology and their communication throughout was excellent. Thank you Lisa the coordinator for understanding and helping me out . Very much recommended this office .

Carmen, who works with insurance and figures out your portion of the cost for the procedure and scheduling, is horrible. She quoted me $129 for fillings along the gumline on time and two weeks later quoted me $220 (which the dental staff told me wasn't necessary). She wanted to schedule a new crown, then afterward schedule a root canal on the same tooth. So the root canal would have been drilled through a brand new crown. She messed up my scheduling for the root canal and crown when I returned for the procedure. The photo is when you sit at her desk. She has the monitor right in front of you so you can't see her or anything else. Nothing says welcoming like the back of a computer monitor. I like the dental staff - I have been going there for years for my regular cleanings. The guy who did my root canal was great. The woman who did my crown was also great.
